Services

MPro provides professional car care services including but not limited to:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
• Colored Paint Protection Film
• Nano Ceramic Coating
• Car Polishing and Detailing
• Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
• Window Tint Film installation
• Professional Car Wash

Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• MPro reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary

Warranties

Paint Protection Film

PPF installations come with a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Window Tint Film

Window tint installations include a warranty card with unlimited validity. If film defects occur at any time, customers can return for service.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Accidents, misuse, or negligence
• Improper maintenance or cleaning
• Modifications by third parties
• Normal wear and tear

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR)
• Prices may vary based on vehicle type and condition
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept various payment methods including cash and cards

Limitation of Liability

MPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Vehicle Inspection

Before any service, we conduct a thorough inspection of your vehicle. Any pre-existing damage will be documented. By leaving your vehicle with us, you acknowledge acceptance of our inspection findings.

Changes to Terms

MPro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
